I offer this website as a natural person, not as a company: there is no legal entity behind it, no entry in a commercial register (Handelsregister), and no regulated profession. The blog part of this website is a private, non-commercial hobby.

The store is the exception: the software offered there is sold for money, so as far as the store is concerned I act commercially. Sales themselves are not handled by me but by Dodo Payments as the merchant of record and reseller — it sells the software to you in its own name and handles payment, invoicing and sales tax. Details are in the terms of the respective product.

No value added tax identification number pursuant to § 27a UStG (Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer) has been issued to me.

Consumer dispute resolution

I am neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) within the meaning of § 36 of the German Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters (Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz, VSBG).

As a service provider, I am responsible for my own content on these pages under the general laws, in accordance with § 7 (1) DDG.
